I offer individual trauma-sensitive yoga for adults.
You can book trauma-sensitive yoga independently or practice it as part of
individual psychotherapy or trauma therapy.
what do i need to know?
You can practice in comfortable daily clothing (You don’t need sportswear)
We practice trauma-sensitive yoga while sitting on a chair or standing
You don’t need any prior knowledge about yoga
